  • Manage multilingual websites and digital assets;
  • Access cloud-based APIs and translation services;
  • Receive customer support and technical assistance; and
  • Utilize additional services and features introduced as part of the TEXTuned platform.
DashWord FZ LLC is committed to designing TEXTuned with privacy, security, and transparency as core principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Customer Content means any content, documents, website pages, products, metadata, SEO information, images, descriptions, or other information submitted to TEXTuned for processing, translation, localization, optimization, or storage. Personal Information (or Personal Data) means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined by applicable privacy legislation. Plugin means the official TEXTuned WordPress plugin and any official extensions developed by DashWord FZ LLC. Processing means any operation performed on personal information, whether automated or manual, including collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, transmission, restriction, deletion, or destruction. Services means all products, software, websites, APIs, cloud infrastructure, plugins, customer portals, support services, and related offerings provided under the TEXTuned brand. Subscription means a recurring commercial agreement granting access to specific TEXTuned features, quotas, or services during an applicable billing period. Tenant means an individual customer account, organization, business, website, or workspace registered within the TEXTuned platform. Top-Up Credits means prepaid translation or service credits purchased separately from recurring subscriptions and stored within a customer’s wallet. Wallet means the customer account balance used to store prepaid Top-Up Credits and Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credits.

4.Roles and Responsibilities (Data Controller and Data Processor)

DashWord FZ LLC may act either as a Data Controller or as a Data Processor, depending on the nature of the information being processed and the purpose of that processing.

4.1 When DashWord Acts as a Data Controller

DashWord FZ LLC acts as a Data Controller when determining the purposes and means of processing personal information relating to its own business operations.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

    • Customer account registration;
    • Subscription management;
    • Billing and payment administration;
    • Customer support;
    • Website administration;
    • Product improvement;
    • Security monitoring;
    • Fraud prevention;
    • Compliance with legal obligations;
    • Marketing communications (where permitted); and
    • Internal business operations.

In these circumstances, DashWord determines why and how the information is processed.

4.2 When DashWord Acts as a Data Processor

DashWord FZ LLC generally acts as a Data Processor when processing Customer Content submitted through TEXTuned on behalf of customers.

Examples include:

    • Translating customer website content;
    • Processing multilingual SEO information;
    • AI-assisted language generation;
    • Localization workflows;
    • Translation job management;
    • Content synchronization;
    • API requests initiated by customers; and
    • Other processing activities performed solely according to customer instructions.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal rights and permissions to submit Customer Content to TEXTuned for processing.

DashWord processes such information solely for the purpose of providing the requested services and in accordance with applicable agreements, customer instructions, and applicable law.

4.3 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for determining whether Customer Content submitted to TEXTuned contains personal information and for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable privacy laws.

Where required by applicable law, customers remain responsible for:

    • Obtaining appropriate legal bases for processing personal information;
    • Providing required privacy notices to their own users;
    • Responding to data subject requests relating to Customer Content; and
    • Ensuring that content submitted to TEXTuned does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

DashWord FZ LLC provides the technical infrastructure necessary to deliver TEXTuned services but does not assume ownership of Customer Content submitted for processing.

5.Information We Collect

DashWord FZ LLC collects information necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support TEXTuned. The type of information collected depends on how you interact with our services, the features you use, and your relationship with DashWord FZ LLC. We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of TEXTuned, and, where applicable, from trusted third-party service providers involved in delivering our services.   • Billing Information;
  • Translation & Customer Content;

  • PHP version;
  • Website URL or connected domain;

TEXTuned does not store complete payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive cardholder authentication data. Payment transactions are processed by authorized third-party payment providers in accordance with applicable payment security standards. To facilitate recurring subscriptions, our payment provider may securely provide a reusable payment token that allows future authorized renewals without requiring customers to re-enter their payment details. DashWord stores only the token and limited payment metadata required to administer subscriptions and does not have access to the underlying payment card information. Billing information is used solely to:
  • Process payments;
  • Manage subscriptions;
  • Maintain customer wallets;
  • Generate invoices;
  • Detect fraudulent activity;
  • Support customer billing inquiries;

10.Translation & Customer Content

TEXTuned processes Customer Content solely for the purpose of delivering the services requested by customers. Customer Content may include, depending on how TEXTuned is used:
  • Website pages;
  • Blog posts;
  • Product information;
  • Product descriptions;
  • Categories;
  • Menus;
  • Metadata;
  • SEO titles;
  • Meta descriptions;
  • Image alternative text;
  • URL slugs;
  • Custom fields;
  • Translation memory;
  • Glossaries;
  • Localization preferences;
  • Customer-defined terminology;
  • AI prompts;
  • Generated translations; and
  • Other multilingual content submitted for processing.
Customers remain the owners of their Customer Content. DashWord does not claim ownership of Customer Content submitted through TEXTuned. Customer Content is processed exclusively to provide the requested translation, localization, multilingual SEO, AI-assisted language services, synchronization, quality improvements, and related functionality. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit Customer Content to TEXTuned.

11.AI Processing Information

Certain TEXTuned features utilize artificial intelligence technologies to improve translation quality, multilingual SEO generation, terminology extraction, content optimization, and language-related services. When customers choose to use AI-assisted features, relevant portions of Customer Content may be securely processed by AI services operated by DashWord or trusted AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. AI processing may include:
  • Language detection;
  • Translation enhancement;
  • SEO keyword generation;
  • Metadata optimization;
  • Content summarization;
  • Natural language analysis;
  • Terminology extraction;
  • Context-aware localization;
  • Quality improvements; and
  • Other AI-assisted capabilities introduced within TEXTuned.
AI processing is performed solely to deliver the requested services and improve the quality of customer outputs. DashWord does not use Customer Content to train public artificial intelligence models unless explicitly disclosed and authorized under a separate agreement.

12.Operational Telemetry

To maintain the reliability, security, and performance of TEXTuned, DashWord collects operational telemetry generated during normal platform usage. Telemetry may include:
  • API request statistics;
  • Translation job status;
  • Queue performance;
  • Processing duration;
  • Service availability;
  • Feature usage statistics;
  • Error logs;
  • System health metrics;
  • Quota consumption;
  • Wallet usage;
  • Subscription lifecycle events;

  • Synchronize customer content between supported platforms and TEXTuned;
  • Process translation jobs and maintain translation history;
  • Manage customer wallets, quotas, subscriptions, and usage;
  • Generate invoices and maintain financial records;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Monitor platform availability, reliability, and performance;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or other security incidents;
  • Improve existing services and develop new features;
  • Analyze aggregated usage trends to improve the platform;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and contractual obligations;
  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions and other legal agreements;
  • Communicate important product updates, security notices, billing notifications, and service announcements; and

DashWord does not sell personal information to third parties. Personal information is processed only for purposes compatible with those described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

All subprocessors are selected based on their ability to maintain appropriate technical, organizational, and security safeguards. Where required, DashWord enters into contractual agreements with service providers to ensure personal information is processed only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We may update our list of subprocessors from time to time as our services evolve.

16.International Data Transfers

TEXTuned is a cloud-based international SaaS platform. Accordingly, personal information may be processed, stored, or transferred to countries outside your country of residence where DashWord or its trusted service providers operate infrastructure or provide services. These transfers may include processing by cloud providers, artificial intelligence providers, payment processors, customer support systems, or other authorized service providers necessary to deliver TEXTuned. Where personal information originating from jurisdictions with international transfer restrictions (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland) is transferred internationally, DashWord implements appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law. Such safeguards may include:

17.Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

TEXTuned incorporates artificial intelligence technologies to assist customers with translation, localization, multilingual SEO generation, terminology extraction, language analysis, and related services. AI-assisted features operate only for the purpose of providing services requested by customers. Customer Content submitted for AI-assisted processing is processed solely to generate the requested outputs and improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the requested service. DashWord does not use Customer Content submitted through TEXTuned to train publicly available artificial intelligence models unless explicitly disclosed to and authorized by the customer under a separate agreement. Where automated processing materially affects customers, DashWord seeks to ensure that appropriate human oversight, technical safeguards, and operational controls are maintained. Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication and for ensuring that generated content is appropriate for their intended use.

18.Security of Information

DashWord FZ LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information and Customer Content processed through TEXTuned. We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. Our security measures include, where appropriate:
  • Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard transport security protocols;
  • Encryption of sensitive information at rest where appropriate;
  • Secure cloud infrastructure operated by trusted providers;
  • Role-based access controls and least-privilege access principles;
  • Authentication and authorization controls;
  • Secure management of application secrets and credentials;
  • Audit logging of significant operational and administrative events;
  • Continuous infrastructure monitoring;
  • Protection against common web application threats;

  • resolve disputes;
  • maintain security;
  • enforce contractual rights; or

Billing Information Billing records, invoices, payment references, and financial records are retained in accordance with applicable accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. Customer Content Customer Content is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services and in accordance with customer instructions, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Customers remain responsible for managing the lifecycle of their own Customer Content. Operational Logs System logs, audit records, diagnostic information, and operational telemetry are retained for periods appropriate to security, operational, compliance, and troubleshooting requirements. Where specific retention periods are not prescribed, DashWord periodically reviews stored information and securely deletes or anonymizes information that is no longer required. This approach aligns with GDPR’s requirement to retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

20.Customer Responsibilities

Customers using TEXTuned remain responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with applicable privacy, intellectual property, and other applicable laws. In particular, customers are responsible for:
  • Ensuring they have the legal right to submit Customer Content for processing;
  • Obtaining any required consents from individuals whose personal information may be included within Customer Content;
  • Providing appropriate privacy notices where required;
  • Complying with applicable data protection legislation;
  • Reviewing AI-generated content before publication;
  • Maintaining the security of their own WordPress installations and user accounts;
  • Protecting their account credentials;
  • Promptly notifying DashWord of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents; and
  • Ensuring that Customer Content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
TEXTuned is a technology platform. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content they choose to process through the service.

21.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include:

  • The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
