Wallet means the customer account balance used to store prepaid Top-Up Credits and Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credits.4.Roles and Responsibilities (Data Controller and Data Processor)
DashWord FZ LLC may act either as a Data Controller or as a Data Processor, depending on the nature of the information being processed and the purpose of that processing.4.1 When DashWord Acts as a Data Controller
DashWord FZ LLC acts as a Data Controller when determining the purposes and means of processing personal information relating to its own business operations.
Examples include, but are not limited to:

4.3 Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for determining whether Customer Content submitted to TEXTuned contains personal information and for ensuring that such processing complies with applicable privacy laws.
Where required by applicable law, customers remain responsible for:

DashWord does not use Customer Content submitted through TEXTuned to train publicly available artificial intelligence models unless explicitly disclosed to and authorized by the customer under a separate agreement. Where automated processing materially affects customers, DashWord seeks to ensure that appropriate human oversight, technical safeguards, and operational controls are maintained. Customers remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication and for ensuring that generated content is appropriate for their intended use.18.Security of Information
DashWord FZ LLC is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information and Customer Content processed through TEXTuned.
